1. Core Dives
The course includes two mandatory dives:
Deep Dive: This dive teaches you how to plan and execute dives beyond the 60-foot (18-meter) limit of the Open Water Diver certification, typically up to 100 feet (30 meters). You'll learn about the physiological effects of deeper diving and how to manage them safely.
Underwater Navigation Dive: This dive focuses on improving your navigation skills using a compass and natural underwater features. You’ll learn how to estimate distance, navigate search patterns, and find your way back to the exit point.
2. Elective Dives
In addition to the core dives, you’ll choose three elective dives from a list of adventure dives. Some popular options include:
Night Dive: Experience the underwater world after dark. You’ll learn about nocturnal marine life and how to use dive lights effectively.

Course Completion and Certification
Certification Requirements:
Successfully complete the Deep and Underwater Navigation dives
Complete three elective dives of your choice
Demonstrate proficiency in the skills and knowledge required for each dive
Certification: Upon completion, you’ll receive the Advanced Open Water Diver certification. This certification allows you to:
Dive up to 100 feet (30 meters) with a buddy
Participate in more advanced diving activities and speciality courses
